Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping within India
We ship items across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:
1. Free Shipping (Uttar Pradesh Only):
- Delivery Time: 4-5 business days
- Applicability: This option is available for orders delivering within Uttar Pradesh only.
2. Standard Shipping (All India – Product Wise Extra Cost):
- Delivery Time: 8-9 business days
- Cost: Shipping costs for orders delivered outside of Uttar Pradesh are calculated based on the specific products in your cart. You can view the exact shipping cost on the cart and checkout pages before placing your order. This allows you to review the total cost, including shipping, before finalizing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support.zaid839295@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Homeluxery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support.zaid839295@gmail.com, and we will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
